We never want you to feel pressured into giving at Grace Church.
One of the big ways we’re different at Grace Church is how we talk about giving. In that, aside from a two-minute segment on Sunday, we hardly ever do. One of the most common complaints we hear about church is “churches only care about my money.” That may or may not be true in some places, but we took it to heart to the point that we don’t even pass an offering plate during Service.
We think it’s important for you to understand why we give at all.
When you give at Grace Church, that gift is a sacrifice: bringing an offering before the Lord is an act of worship and a declaration of God’s goodness and faithfulness in your life.
When you give at Grace Church, it is an investment in your future, your children’s future, and the hundreds (if not thousands) of people who’s lives will be changed as a result of our existence as a community of love and grace.
And finally, one of the ways we are similar to every other church is that Grace Church does depend on your faithful generosity to keep the lights on. The church has bills to pay just like at home.
We can’t promise that God will deliver some awesome blessing when you give.
But what we can promise, is that each of these things will be accomplished when you give at Grace Church. Each of these things can only be accomplished by your faithful generosity.
The easiest way to give.
When you’re ready to make that kind of investment in changing lives through our mission as a community, this is the best way to do it.
